OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
As E-BERK A.Ş., we are aware of our responsibilities towards our employees, stakeholders, people, other living beings and the environment in all stages of our production activities, and we aim to provide a safe and healthy working environment with the participation of our employees by developing practices that will reinforce the culture of occupational safety; • To operate the Occupational Health and Safety Management System effectively, continuously improve and develop it in order to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, environmental damages and non-conformities,
• To meet the requirements of all applicable legal and other conditions that we are obliged to regarding Occupational Health and Safety,
• To conduct risk and opportunity assessments with the participation of employees and to reach an acceptable risk level,
• To create an Occupational Health and Safety culture that emphasizes leadership and responsibilities and makes it a lifestyle,
• To organize trainings for employees to develop OHS responsibility and awareness and to provide the necessary resources,
• To use safe equipment and appropriate technologies for a healthy and safe working environment,
• To meet the needs and expectations of customers, visitors and relevant parties that may be within the boundaries of the business,
• To ensure the consultation and participation of our employees and stakeholders in Occupational Health and Safety practices,
