Cutter Ring
Cutter rings are produced from high speed steel alloy in different hardness to accommodate various geological conditions such as clay alluvium, granite, dolomite, basalt and limestone.
The sizes vary from 12 to 21 inches in diameter.
Disc Cutters
Disc cutters are produced from forged alloy steel and manufactured in our machining facilities using solid model program and 3D- CMM to ensure quality.
Tungsten Carbide Inserts for TBM Cutters
Tungsten Carbide cutting tolls produced in 14.5 g/cm3 density and 75 - 80 HRC hardness with powder technology to be used on cutter heads or together with disc cutters according to ground conditions. They are mounted on parts such as ripper, scraper, bucket, knife and cutter ring etc.

E- Berk Machine and Metallurgy Company has been serving Tunnel Boring Industry since 2002 with spare parts that are used in TBM’ s from 1.4 m to 14 m.
Many years of research and development has enabled us to produce wide variety parts for any soil and rock condition. Our in house heat treatment facilities give us the added advantage to fine tune the parts according to usage.
