Our company has been providing services on metal industry which are in the subject of resisting steels and metals since 1993. Our subsidiaries’ machining experience and knowledge which are called Metalurji Isıl İşlem Ltd. Şti. and Akdağ Isıl İşlem Ltd. Şti. encouraged us to establish E-berk Tunnel and Foundation Technologies company which has been producing spare parts and cutting tools for tunnel boring industry (tbm) established in 2002.
Depend on the developing of tunneling technology; our company continues to increase duties and responsibilities both in Turkey and the abroad. According to this achievement, E-berk Tunnel and Foundation Technologiescompany has been actively participated as a solution partner of 16 ongoing projects within totally 30 TBM projects.
There are several products such as single and double cutter discs, ripper with tungsten carbide, cutting knife, bucket etc. have been produced in our company according to different geological conditions, highabrasion resistance and also with different hardness.
E-Berk has ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System certificate and place emphasis on research & development and innovation. Also the company contributes projects in academic level and scientific conferences. In addition this fact , the company use CMM (coordinate measuring machine) technology and variety equipment in order to provide quality control standards and realize production of parts on their samples.
E-berk Tunnel and Foundation Technologies has employed 15 engineers (metallurgy, machinery, geology, physics) including a total of nearly 100 administrative and technical staff in 5000 square meter closed production area.

1993 - Establishment of first heat treatment facility
1995 - Özgür Savaş ÖZÜDOĞRU joins the company as an engineer,
1998 - Özgür Savaş ÖZÜDOĞRU becomes an associate of the company,
2002 - The establishment of the firma E-Berk and the production of the first TBM spare part,
2004 - Balta Limanı Waste Water Tunnel - Tinsa - Öztaş - Haznedaroğlu - Simelko consortium TBM project solution partnership,
2005 - Moving of E-Berk to its new 1000 meter square factory,
2005 - E-Berk begins a solution partner in Instanbul Metro projects,
2006 - TBM spare parts produced by E-Berk exceeded 100 varieties,
2008 - Moving to the new 2500 meter square factory,
2009 - Solution partnership of the TBM project exceeded 20 and the spare part varieties exceeded 300,
2010 - Became the main sponsor of Tunnels and Underground Construction EURASIA 2010 and participated in the Industry University collaboration projects,
2011 - Moved to the new 5000 meter square factory in January.
